release, discharge & hold harmless Slo-Pitch Ontario
Association, Labatts Breweries Ontario, Tournament convenors and all related
sponsors, representatives or agents, for my
injury, Loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising out
of or in connection with my taking part in any SPO? Labatt Tournament and
activites and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or
occasioned by the negligence of Slo-Pitch Ontario
Association, Labatts Breweries Ontario, Tournament convenors and all related
sponsors, representatives or agents. |
